Information:

DC power bus voltage and the DC accessory power bus voltage has discharged properly.ReferenceRefer to the Troubleshooting, "Electrical Maintenance Guidelines" section of this manual. Perform the "Safe Shutdown Procedure for Electric Drive Tractors" before proceeding with this procedure. Results:
OK - The Safe Shutdown Procedure for Electric Drive Tractors has been performed. The indication from the Hazardous Voltage Present Lamp and the Monitoring System Display are indicating that the DC system voltage has been properly discharged. Repair: The disconnect switch can be turned to the OFF position. The machine can now be serviced. This procedure should not require the disconnection of any of the hazardous voltage connectors. However, if an AC connection enclosure is opened or if a hazardous voltage DC connector is disconnected, a multimeter must be used to check for DC voltage between all of the exposed conductors and frame ground. Do not make personal contact with the exposed conductors until you have manually measured for voltage between ground and the conductors. Verify that there is less than 50.0 VDC present between the all exposed AC or DC hazardous voltage conductors and frame ground before any other action is taken. Proceed to the next troubleshooting test step.Test Step 2. CHECK THE SENSOR CIRCUITS FOR A SHORT
Turn the key switch and the disconnect switch to the OFF position.
Disconnect the machine harness connector J2 from the Motor ECM. Disconnect the machine harness 70 pin connector from the Power Inverter.
Inspect the harness connectors and clean all of the contacts of the harness connectors. Refer to the illustration at the beginning of this procedure to check the Phase A Current Sensor connections on the machine harness connectors for both controls. Ensure that the wires and sockets are secured in the connector. Ensure that the contacts are clean, dry and in good condition.
Examine the pins on the Motor ECM J2 connector that are used for the current sensor connections. Examine the pins on the Power Inverter 70 pin connector that are used for the current sensor connections. Ensure that the pins are secured in the connector and none of the pins are bent. Ensure that the pins are clean, dry and in good condition.
Disconnect the machine harness connector J2 from the Generator ECM.
Inspect the harness connectors and clean all of the contacts of the harness connectors on the Generator ECM J2 connector. Ensure that the wires and sockets are secured in the connector. Ensure that the contacts are clean, dry and in good condition.
At the machine harness 70 contact connector for the Power Inverter, measure the resistance between the sensor signal contact 58 (wire N839-GN) and each of the other contacts that are used on the 70 contact connector for the Power Inverter.Expected Result:Each of the resistance measurements between the sensor circuit and all of the other circuits that are used in the harness is greater than 5000 ohms. Results:
OK - Each of the resistance measurements is greater than 5000 ohms. The resistance measurements are indicating that the current sensor circuit is not shorted to
