Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install the joints of bearings (8) at 30 degree angles from the centerline of the bores in body (9). Refer to Dimension (X) in Illustration 2. Install bearings (8) to a depth of 1.5 0.5 mm (0.059 0.020 inch). Refer to Dimension (Y) in Illustration 2.

Install body (7), gear assembly (6), and gear (5) .

Install the joints of bearings (4) at 30 degree angles from the centerline of the bores in cover (3). Refer to Dimension (X) in Illustration 5. Install bearings (4) to a depth of 1.5 0.5 mm (0.059 0.020 inch). Refer to Dimension (Y) in Illustration 5.

Install cover (3) and bolts (2) .
