Installation Procedure
The harvester head should be in the horizontal position. The feed rollers should be on the ground. The stick should be supported by a jack.

(1) Damper. (2) Rotator. (3) Harvester head yoke. (4) Lower brake blocks. (5) Pivot pin. (6) Brake disc.
Use a hoist and a suitable lifting device to place rotator (2) on the harvester head. Rotator (2) weighs 56.7 kg (125 lb) on the HH55 and HH65 Harvester Heads.
Install the six bolts that attach rotator (2) to harvester head yoke (3) .
Install the four hydraulic hose assemblies that attach to the top of rotator (2). Install the two hydraulic hose assemblies that attach to the bottom of rotator (2) .
Install the cover on the bottom of rotator (2) .
Lower the jack under the stick until damper (1) is connected to rotator (2). Be careful when you lower the jack in order to prevent damage to any hydraulic hose assemblies.Note: Lower brake disc (6) is retained by the pivot pin. Brake disc (6) can fall from the damper.
Install pivot pin (5) between rotator (2) and damper (1). Install the nut that retains the pivot pin .
Adjust the lower brake blocks (4) according to the operator's preference.
Remove the supports under the stick and the harvester head yoke.
