Start By:
Remove the control manifold. Refer to Disassemble and Assemble, "Control Manifold Group (Front) - Disassemble".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Put identification marks on components to aid in assembly.Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure is started, clean the exterior of the components to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism. Precision components can be damaged by contaminants or by dirt. Perform disassembly procedures on a clean work surface. Keep components covered and protected at all times.

Remove three cartridge nuts (1). Remove five solenoids (2) from the valve cartridges.

Remove three valve cartridges (4) from control manifold (3) .Note: Three O-rings (5) are located on each valve cartridge (4) .

Remove four fittings (6) .Note: An O-ring (7) is located on each fitting (6) .Assemble Procedure

Note: Check the O-ring seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.Note: Lubricate O-rings and seals with lubricant used while in operation.

Install four fittings (6) into control manifold (3) .

Install three valve cartridges (4) into control manifold (3) .

Install solenoids (2) on valve cartridges (4). Install cartridge nuts (1) .
Tighten cartridge nuts (1) to a torque of 4.1 N m (3 lb ft).End By: Install the control manifold. Refer to Disassemble and Assemble, "Control Manifold Group (Front) - Assemble".
