Install oil screen housing (27) onto adapter assembly (30). Install four bolts (29) and the washers.
Install oil screen handle (28) and suction screen assembly (not shown) onto oil screen housing (28) as a unit. Install tube (26) onto oil screen housing (27) .

Position plate (25) to oil pan assembly (4), as shown. Install 15 bolts (24) and the washers that hold plate (25) to oil pan assembly (4) .
Tighten the bolts (X) first. Tighten the remaining bolts in the sequence, as shown.
Install oil pan gasket (22) onto oil pan assembly (4). Apply 9U-5839 to the oil pan gasket and the oil pan, as needed.Note: Make sure that the mating surface of the oil pan assembly is clean and free of foreign material prior to installing the gasket.

Use Tooling (A) to position oil pan assembly (4) for installation. The weight of oil pan assembly (4) is 65 kg (143 lb).Note: Make sure that the mating surface of the engine is clean and free of foreign material prior to installing the oil pan assembly.

Install integral seal (20) between oil pan assembly (4) and oil pan (19). Apply 9U-5839 to the integral seal, as needed.
Install 31 bolts (23) and the washers that fasten oil pan assembly (4) onto the engine.
Install 11 bolts (20) that connect oil pan assembly (4) to oil pan (19) .

Connect tube assembly (18) .

Connect hose assembly (16) and hose assembly (17) .

Connect wire harness (15) at the electrical connection.

Connect wire harness (14) at the electrical connection.

Connect wire harness (13) at the electrical connection.
Position elbow assembly (12) for installation. Install four bolts (11) and the washers that fasten elbow assembly (12) to the oil pan assembly.

Position pump inlet elbow (10), tube (6), and oil pan elbow (7) onto oil pan assembly (4) as a unit for installation. Install four bolts (8) and the washers that hold oil pan elbow (7) to oil pan assembly (4). Install two bolts (9) and the washers that hold pump inlet elbow (10) to engine oil pump (5) .

Position tube assembly (3) onto drain valve (1). Tighten clamp assembly (2) .
Tighten drain valve (1). Fill the engine oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Oil and Filter - Change" for the correct procedure.End By:
Separate the frame lock link. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Frame Lock Link - Separate and Connect".
Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chock (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
