Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to guard assembly (1). The weight of guard assembly (1) is approximately 61 kg (135 lb). Remove guard assembly (1).

Disconnect harness assembly (2).

Remove sensor group (3).

Remove plate (4). Remove sensor (5). Installation Procedure

A 138-7575 Link Bracket 1 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install sensor (5). Install plate (4).
