Install O-ring adapter (1) and O-ring seal (2) to the bottom of each accumulator. Refer to Illustration 31 in order to view the assembly of the steering lines.
Install tee (3) to O-Ring Adapter (1) to the front two accumulators. This will require One O-ring seal (4) and One O-ring seal (6) on each tee. Orient the tees so that the horizontal portion points toward the rear of the truck. Refer to Illustration 31 in order to view the assembly of the steering lines.
Install a swivel tee (7) to the bottom of tee (3) on the front accumulator. A O-ring seal (4) is required. Refer to Illustration 31 in order to view the assembly of the steering lines.
Install a O-ring seal (6) onto elbow (5). Refer to Illustration 31 in order to view the assembly of the steering lines.
Assemble elbow (5) to O-ring adapter (1) on the rear accumulator. Orient the elbow toward the front of the truck. Refer to Illustration 31 in order to view the assembly of the steering lines.

Install hose assembly (8) onto swivel tee (7) from the front accumulator to the top left port on the solenoid and relief valve. The hose requires a O-ring seal (4) at each end. Refer to Illustration 32 in order to view the hydraulic line assembly.
Install hose assembly (9) from the tee under the center accumulator to the center port on top of the solenoid and relief valve. The hose requires an O-ring seal (4) at each end. Refer to Illustration 32 in order to view the hydraulic line assembly.
Install hose assembly (10) onto elbow (5) on the rear accumulator to swivel tee (7) on the front accumulator. The hose requires a O-ring seal (4). Refer to Illustration 32 in order to view the line assembly.
Install hose assembly (11) onto elbow (12). This hose requires two O-ring seals (13). Refer to Illustration 32 in order to view the hydraulic line assembly.
Install oil filter group (G) that had been removed at disassembly to plate (17). Refer to Illustration 32 in order to view the hydraulic line assembly.
Install hose assembly (14) onto the filter base to the bottom right of the solenoid and relief valve. Use two O-ring seals (15) for this installation. Refer to Illustration 32 in order to view the hydraulic line assembly.
Install Tubes (16) onto the filter base to the return hose by using two O-ring seals (15). Refer to Illustration 32 in order to view the hydraulic line assembly.Electrical Installation
