Protect outside diameter of four cartridge ends from paints. Contact surfaces of shoe links must be free of paints.
1 - - Use the following procedure to tighten the track bolts:
1. Tighten the track bolts to 145 25 N m (107 18 lb ft).
2. Tighten the track bolts to an additional 120 5 degrees.
- - Use the following procedure in order to tighten the clamp master track bolts:
- - Center strut Torque to 225 25 N m (166 18 lb ft).
- - Torque to an additional turn to 120 5 degrees.
- - - Install the nuts so that the radii on the corner of the nut are against the link.
C - - Height of new track link is 93 mm (3.7 inch).
D - - The distance between the center of two pins is 175.41 mm (6.906 inch).
