Attach Tooling (A) to the fuel tank. Attach a suitable lifting device to the fuel tank. Use Tooling (B) with the lifting device in order to help level the tank, as shown.

Install fuel tank (26). Install the fuel tank. The weight of the tank is approximately 612 kg (1350 lb). Install four mounting bolts (25). Note: The tank must be lifted in the left front corner first by approximately 50 mm (2 inch). The tank must be rotated counterclockwise for 30 degrees, as shown. This must be done so that the drain valve can clear the platform. The tank can then be installed.

Install suction tube (24) onto the fuel tank. Install bolts (23) for the suction tube.

Install hose assemblies (19), (20) and (21) onto block (22). These hose assemblies can be accessed through the access panel that is located under the main hydraulic control valve.

Connect filler tube (14). Connect clip (15). Connect harness assemblies (19) and (21). Connect hose assemblies (16), (17), (18), (20), (22) and (23) .Connect the tee (not shown) to hose assembly (23). Connect the other hose assembly (not shown) to this tee.

Connect hose assemblies (11) and (12). Connect harness assembly (13) for the light. Install bar (12A) onto the fuel tank.

Install three unused harness assemblies (8), clip (9) and harness assembly (10) .

Connect hose assemblies (3) and (4). Connect electrical harness assembly (5) for the alarm. Install clips (6) and (7) .

Install lower access panel (2) and install bolts (1) .
