20R-1362 Service Replacement C175-16 Engines built, ZK202007, ZK202019, ZK202022, ZK202025, ZK202027, and ZK202028.
20R-1363 Service Replacement C175-20 Engines built ZK302010, ZK302012, ZK302019, ZK302020, ZK302023, ZK302024, ZK302028, ZK302030, ZK302032, ZK302037, ZK302040, and ZK302048.
20R-1492 Service Replacement C175-16 Engines built ZK404007, ZK404009, ZK404011, and ZK404012.
Rework specified cylinder head(s) in Image 1 in accordance with the Action Required for the Affected Product.

This program applies only if the Affected Product is equipped with the following Reman C175 Engines in Image 1. Rework only the cylinder head listed in Image 1 for the listed engine serial number.
Please review the safety actions in the Operation and Maintenance Manual.
Remove the cylinder head, replace the head gasket, and install the cylinder head. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, KENR6052, "Cylinder Head - Remove" and "Cylinder Head - Install".
Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting, and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.
Refer to SEBF9109 for a list of caps available to prevent fuel system contamination.

Submit one claim for the engine(s) reworked in dealer parts stock. Include the Engine Serial Number(s) in the claim story. 4 hours is allowed and the parts listed in the Parts Needed are allowed per each cylinder head reworked for each engine.

If there has been a previous repair, part age/hours will apply. Retain a copy of the previous repair invoice in the dealer's records for audit purposes, and specify repair date and machine hours in the "Additional Comments" section of the warranty claim.
4 hours is allowed per cylinder head reworked.
The reman engine serial number must be included in the claim story.
