Remove the bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard - Remove".

Use two people to remove door assembly (1). The weight of door assembly is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).

Remove bolts (3). Use two people to remove the guard (2). The weight of guard is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).

Attach Tooling (A) onto the hydraulic tank. Attach air supply hose (4) onto Tooling (A). Apply 276 414 kPa (40 60 psi) of air. This procedure will pull vacuum on the hydraulic system.

Disconnect hose assemblies (5).

Remove oil bypass valve (6). Disconnect hose (8). Remove bolts (7) and (9). Use two people to remove oil cooler assembly (10). The weight of oil cooler assembly (10) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).

Remove bonnet (11) and the gasket from core assembly (12).
