Tighten clamp (15) to a torque of 28.0 2.0 N.m (247.8 17.7 lb in). Loosen clamp (15) 2 to 3 turns then, tap lightly all around the outside of the clamp (15). Retighten clamp (15) to a torque of 28.0 2.0 N.m (247.8 17.7 lb in).
Verify that the turbine housing is installed properly by inspecting the mating surfaces between the turbine housing and bearing housing under the clamp (15). The gap should be lesser than 0.64 mm (0.025 inch). If the turbine housing is not installed properly, then clamp (15) should be loosened and inspected for proper installation of the turbine housing to bearing housing.

Tighten clamps (10) to a torque of 6.5 1.0 N.m (57.5 8.9 lb in). Tap clamps (10) all around. Retighten clamps (10) to a torque of 8.5 2.0 N.m (75.2 17.7 lb in).

Follow the procedure for bellows installation and tightening procedures. Tighten the clamp on the turbine housing prior to the bellows clamps (8) to prevent any dragging or binding of the turbocharger rotating components. Contact may cause rapid wear and shorten turbocharger life.
Note: Using hand slowly rotate compressor wheel (20) to make sure that it spins
