This Program must be administered either before or after failure.In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS44918" as the Part Numberand "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code.If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

PROBLEM
The existing fumes disposal canister can allow oil to accumulate on top of the radiator and inside the container on the floor on certain PMG3516C Power Modules.

ACTION REQUIRED
Remove the fumes disposal hose from the fumes disposal canister above the 2 inch tee fitting.
Remove the existing fumes disposal canister.
Drain any fluid from canister and dispose of properly.
Remove bottom of canister to gain access to drain line.
Cut the drain line to fit flush with the inside bottom of canister.
Cut 2 inch hole into top of canister for new breather outlet. Prep and weld approximately 1 foot of 2 inch pipe into new breather outlet.
Reinstall bottom of canister.
Clean and paint as necessary.
Reinstall the fumes disposal canister on the generator set.
Attach the fumes disposal hose to the new outlet pipe on top of canister using the existing hose and clamp.
Plug the top tee outlet.
