1. Disconnect rod (5) from lever (1). 2. Loosen bolt (8) and remove lever (1) from shaft (2).3. Pull shaft (2) and control lever (4) from two bearing assemblies (3).4. Check bearing assemblies. If damaged, use new parts for replacement.5. Remove rods (5) and (9) from bellcrank (6) and lever (10).6. Remove cotter pin (7) and remove bellcrank (6).7. See DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY OF HYDRAULIC OIL SUPPLY TANK for lever removal (10) if necessary.8. Make sure all parts are clean and free of dirt and foreign material.9. Install bellcrank (6) and cotter pin (7).10. Install rod (9) and adjust to length (C) 42.21 .04 in. (107.21 0.10 cm).11. Install shaft (2) and control lever (4) in bearing assemblies (3).12. With lever (10), put hoist control valve in "LOWER" position.13. Put control lever (4) at height (A) 9.0 in. (22.9 cm) or what is desired by the operator.14. Install lever (1) on the shaft. Tighten bolt (8) on lever (1).15. Install rod (5) and adjust to length (B) 38.27 in. (97.2 cm).
