Introduction
Use the following procedure to calibrate the main pump.Required Tools

Position the machine on level ground.Note: Ensure to provide adequate clearance for machine movement.

(1) Sprocket
Insert track blocks to the right and left travel motors.

(2) Solenoid valve for swing parking brake
(3) Connector
Disconnect swing brake solenoid connector.
Start the engine.
Increase the hydraulic oil temperature to 55° 5°C (131° 9°F). Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Hydraulic System Warmup".Calibration Procedure
Personal injury or death can result from sudden machine movement.Sudden movement of the machine can cause injury to persons on or near the machine.To prevent injury or death, make sure that the area around the machine is clear of personnel and obstructions before operating the machine.
Note: Machine movement is possible during main pump calibration.Monitor Procedure

Enter the "Service" menu on the monitor.
Enter password "9992".
Select "Calibration" menu.
Select "Electric-Hydraulic Valves".
Select "All Pumps with Pump Pressure".
Follow the instruction on the monitor to complete the calibrations.
If no error occurs, the calibration was complete successfully.ET Procedure
Select the ECM for "Machine Control".
Select "Calibrations" from the "Service" menu.
Select "Electric-Hydraulic Valves Calibrations".
Select "All Pumps with Pump Pressure Calibrations".
Select "Start".
Follow the instruction on the monitor to complete the calibrations.
If no error occurs, the calibration was completed successfully.Troubleshooting - Error Codes
If the calibration fails with the same error code three times, refer to the following tables, and replace the affected solenoid.
