ACTION REQUIRED
New Regulatory Compliance Information Supplemental Operation and Maintenance Manual needs to be ordered and sent to the customer to be installed in the machine.
Instructions:
1. Order the new Regulatory Compliance Information Supplemental OMM from the Caterpillar Media Ordering System in your required language. Refer to the Media Number lists below for the languages available. Your parts department should be able to do this for you.
2. Mail the new Regulatory Compliance Information Supplemental OMM to the customer, with tracking information and with instructions to place the new OMM in the machine. Please make every effort to deal with this issue by registered mail.
3. Claim as per the allowances section.
4. When entering the PIP completion in SIMSi, type the tracking information in the comment field.

The Regulatory Compliance Information Supplemental Operational and Maintenance Manual needs to be provided on the products listed below. This supplement will provide all the regulatory information for the installed equipment in scope of the current 2014/53/EU Radio Equipment Directive. No change to the radio equipment itself. Please install the new Regulatory Compliance Information Supplemental Operational and Maintenance Manual, to be provided by your local Caterpillar Dealer, in the literature pouch behind the seat of the machine. The dealer will be mailing the Regulatory Compliance Information Supplemental Operational and Maintenance Manual to the address on file. You will not be charged for the service performed.
