Do not change the length of rod (9) from the dimension shown.High Idle Position: Put the operator pedal in the position that puts the governor control lever (8) in the high idle position (2). Adjust the bolt (6) to keep the operator pedal from moving farther toward the floor. Tighten the locknut (7).
