Save the file in Unicode formatCreating a CAESultra File
Use the following steps in order to create a CAESultra file.
Open a text editor, such as Microsoft Notepad®.
Enter all data records in the format specified for the particular file type. Refer to the "CAESultra Text File Format" section of this document.
Save the file.
Go to the main "CAESultra File Builder" screen. Click "File". From the drop-down menu, select "Import".
Select the type of file in order to import the file from the drop-down menu. Select "Delay", "Operator", "Safety" "Checklist", or "Activities". Refer to illustration 15.

Importing a file
The "Open" file window will appear. Refer to illustration 16.

Open File Window
Select the file that will be translated. Click the "Open" button. The "CAESultra File Builder" main screen displays a message line indicating which ".txt" file was imported. The "CAESultra File Builder" main screen also displays a message line that indicates a "*.mwf" file was created from the ".txt" file. Refer to illustration 17.

In order to confirm that the imported file was imported without errors, go to the "View" menu and select "Records". Any errors with the imported file will be noted. At this point, you will be able to return to the ".txt" file, correct any errors, and then once again import the file.
The "*.mwf" file can now be transferred to CAESultra on board using FTP for IP network sites
