Schematic for the L Station Left Hopper Lift SwitchThis diagnostic code is associated with the (Left Station) Left Hopper Lift Switch. The FMI 02 means that the LH Operator ECM determined that the signal is intermittent, erratic, or incorrect. The ECM could be receiving invalid combinations from the circuit.Note: The LH Operator ECM is located under the LH Operator Platform.System Response:When this diagnostic code is active, the following occurs:
Switch defaults to hold.
Operator station fault lamp is active.Test Step 1. CHECK THE CONTINUITY OF THE SWITCH IN THE OFF (CENTER) POSITION
Turn the key start switch to the OFF position.
Remove the switch from the dash.
Unplug the switch from the wire harness.
With the switch in the OFF (Center) position, check the resistance from terminal 2 to the following terminals: terminal 1 and terminal 3.Expected Result:The resistances should be greater
