Typical Example of the cab filtration system light
Close the cab door and start the engine.Note: The cab will be pressurized and the cab filtration system light with be turned on. The cab filtration system light is on the back of the cab.Note: The cab door will be harder to close than a standard cab door due to the sealing around the cab door.Note: The window on the cab door cannot be opened due to the sealing around the glass.
Set air inlet selection switch to fresh air position on air conditioning and heating control panel.Refer to this Operation and Maintenance Manual, Air Conditioning and Heating Control for more information.
Check cab pressure monitor in the cab, refer to illustration 1. If the pressure is not between the thresholds, then adjust the pressure by selecting fan switch or selecting air outlet ports switch on the air condition and heating control panel.Note: Setting fan speed at 2 and air outlet ports at Upper Body and Floor position is recommended.Refer to this Operation and Maintenance Manual, Air Conditioning and Heating Control for more information.
If the pressure drops below the threshold, a warning alarm will sound. Increase the fan speed to increase the pressure. If the threshold is not achieved at fan speed 6, inspect cab seals for damage or wear and replace the cab filter element. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cab Filter (Fresh Air) - Replace (For Advanced Cab Filter)".Note: When the cab door is open or the engine start switch is in the OFF position, pressurization of the cab will be deactivated and cab filtration system light will be turned off.Cab Pressure Monitor System

Light turns off when the cab pressure returns to normal or when power is cycled off/on.Number display (4) - Displays real-time cab pressure in Pascal.Silence alarm button (5) - Warning alarm sounds when cab pressure drops below 100 Pa for 10 seconds. Press this button to turn off the alarm. This button will not turn off the alert indicator.Calibration and System Reboot/Reset
The cab pressure monitor system is calibrated at the factory. However, drift may occur due to shipping and/or extreme ambient changes. The calibration procedure can be performed as often as necessary.System Reboot/Reset Procedure
The cab pressure monitor system is a computer controlled monitoring system. The system automatically reboots each time the power is cycled OFF and ON.
