Before installing end housing assembly, inspect the two lifting eye holes (4) in ring gear (1) to be sure there are no burrs or raised areas and that a small chamfer is visible. If necessary use a hand grinder to create a small chamfer. Thoroughly clean before beginning assembly procedure.
