Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the compensator valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Compensator Valve - Remove" for the machine that is being serviced.Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.Note: Mark the location of all of the parts prior to disassembly for installation purposes.

Remove hydraulic fitting (2) from housing (1) .

Remove plug (3) and the O-ring seal.

Remove pin (5) and nut (4) .

Remove screw (6), O-ring seal (7), plug (8), spring (9), and plug (10) from housing (1) .
