(7) Pilot control valve Blade cylinders (11) are driven by the oil delivery from blade pump (2). The supply oil flows through delivery line (1) to blade control valve (5). Blade control lever (6) controls the movement of blade (10).The control lever controls the following four positions of the blade:
RAISE
LOWER
NEUTRAL
FLOATLeveling work is accomplished by using the mass (weight and size) of the blade in the FLOAT position.Blade cylinders (11) extend or blade cylinders (11) retract by moving the blade control lever. When blade control lever (6) is placed in the NEUTRAL position, oil to blade cylinders (11) is blocked. In this position, blade (10) can be used as a stabilizer. The oil then flows into blade control valve (5), and through swivel (9). The oil flows from swivel (9) to the rod end of blade cylinders (11).Return oil from the head end of blade cylinders (11) flows through swivel (9), through return port (18) and through return line (4) to the hydraulic tank.This action causes the blade to raise.Blade LOWER
