Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.

Remove knobs (2) and remove cover (3) .

Remove nuts (4) and bolts (9). Disconnect cables (7) and (8). Remove support (6) and remove batteries (5). The weight of each battery is approximately 39 kg (85 lb). Each battery should be lifted by two people.Cold Weather Battery Package

Release rubber latches (2) and open lid (3) .
