Installation Procedure

Use a suitable floor jack to support axle propel motor (1). Install the O-ring seal and axle propel motor (1) on the final drive planetary. The weight of axle propel motor (1) is 20 kg (44 lb). Install four bolts (6) .
Connect hose assembly (5) to axle propel motor (1) .

Connect hose assembly (4) to axle propel motor (1) .
Connect hose assemblies (3) and (2) to axle propel motor (1) .
Fill the axle with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
Fill the final drive planetary with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.End By: Install the axle guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Axle Guard - Remove and Install".
