Remove Oil Cooler Bypass Valve
1. Drain the oil filter housing. 2. Remove the elbow (1).3. Remove the four valve mounting bolts (2).4. Remove the oil cooler bypass valve (3).Install Oil Cooler Bypass Valve
1. Position the oil cooler bypass valve on engine, and install mounting bolts.2. Install the four elbow mounting bolts.3. Check the oil level in crankcase and fill as necessary.Disassemble Oil Cooler Bypass Valve
preparatory step: a) remove oil cooler bypass valve1. Remove the valve cover plate. 2. Remove the oil cooler bypass valve spring and plunger.Assemble Oil Cooler Bypass Valve
1. Clean all parts thoroughly before assembling valve.2. Lubricate the plunger and bore in housing with clean SAE 30 crankcase oil.3. Install plunger and spring in housing.4. Install cover plate.concluding step: a) install oil cooler bypass valve
