(5) Install 7K9197 Elbow (28) on connector (18). Connect 8V5193 Tube Assembly (29) to elbow (28) and tee (26). Install 5P4272 Union (30) and a 3J1907 Seal in 8J6875 Valve Assembly (31). Install valve (31) and union (30) with a 3J1907 Seal on valve (7). Install 7J4026 Elbow (32) and 6M6853 Tee (33) with 3J1907 Seals in valve (31). Connect 8V5197 Tube Assembly (34) to elbow (32) and tee (25). Install 308142 Reducer (35) and 3R4437 Nut (36) on tee (33). Connect 8V7425 Tube Assembly (37) to reducer (35) and elbow (27). (6) Install valve (7) and 6J1038, 4J522 and 4J523 Seals on hydraulic control valve (4) with three 3D9348 Bolts (38). Install 307962 Elbow (39) as shown. Remove hydraulic pressure relief valve (40) from valve (4) and install 3G4135 Plug (41) with 7M8485 and 4J522 Seals where the valve was removed. Inspect the seals on valve (40); if they are damaged, install new seals on the valve. Install valve (40) in valve (7) as shown. Remove the former relief valve and install 9J4841 Valve Group (42) at the location shown. (7) Install 2P7215 Elbows (43) and (44) with 2P1279 Nuts. Connect 7V6706 Tube Assembly (45) to elbows (46) and (44). Connect 7V6705 Tube Assembly (47) to elbows (48) and (43). Connect 7V6666 Hose Assembly (49) to elbow (43); connect 7V6667 Hose Assembly (50) to elbow (44). (8) Put hoses (49) and (50) in position with the other pilot pressure hoses. Connect hose (49) to elbow (39). Install 6K9194 Elbow (51) on tee (19). Connect hose (50) to elbow (51). Disconnect and remove the former hose from elbow (52) and valve (53). Connect 8V283 Hose Assembly (54) to elbow (52) and valve (53). Remove clamps (55) and (56). Fasten hoses (49) and (50) with four 7V6659 Clamps (57) and 7V6571 Grommets and two 4V939 Bolts (58). Put hose (54) in clamp (56) and put the existing hose (59) in clamp (55); use the former hardware to install clamps (55) and (56) as shown.5V1236 Front Lines Group
(1) Install 7V6556 Elbow (1) and a 1P3705 Seal on valve (2) with two 1A1460 Bolts, two L1329 Bolts and four 5P8245 Washers. Connect former hydraulic supply hose (3) to elbow (1) with the former hardware. Install 8J5914 Plug (4) with a 2S4078 Seal in elbow (1). Install 9S4191 Plug (5) and a 3J1907 Seal in plug (4). (2) Install a 5V7049 Plate (6) on 5V7133 Tube Assembly (7) and on 5V7132 Tube Assembly (8) with T320 Bolts and 5P8244 Washers. Install a 5V6869 Block (9) with two S1588 Bolts and 9L9132 Washers on each plate (6). Put tube (7) in position on the right side of the loader frame and put tube (8) in position on the left side. Connect tubes (7) and (8) and 1P3704 Seals to hydraulic control valve (2) with T768 Bolts. Weld blocks (9) to each side of the loader frame with 5.0 (.20") fillet welds along three sides of each block. Connect
