Lower the rod end of the cylinder into the stabilizer and install one pin (31), washer (12) and bolt (63) in order to secure the cylinder onto the stabilizer.
Raise the stabilizer onto suitable cribbing and install pad (19), pin (32) and two retaining rings (17). The weight of the pad is approximately 24 kg (53 lb).
Repeat Steps 27 through 37 in order to install the left side stabilizer. At Step 35, connect the longer hose (51) onto the upper elbow and connect the shorter hose (54) to the lower elbow.

Install plate (21), four bolts (16) and four washers (2) .

Remove two plastic covers from the right side of the instrument panel.
Find the connector in the main harness for the left side stabilizer and install switch (40). The harness has a brown tag.
Find the connector in the main harness for the right side stabilizer and install switch (39). The harness has a yellow tag.

Remove one plastic cover from the right side of the instrument panel. Find the connector in the main harness for the access platform mode and install switch (41). The harness has a blue tag.
Install the film (34) for the access platform in the cab.Note: Position the film in a location that is clearly visible to the operator.

Remove the cover at the rear of the boom.

Install position sensor (50), two bolts (53) and one cable strap (7). Connect the harness to the chassis harness for the machine.

Install harness (48) along the underside of the boom on the right side of the boom. Secure the harness in place with cable straps (36) .

Install plate (47) onto the boom and secure in place using two bolts (45) and two washers (46) .
Attach sensor (50) onto plate (49) with two bolts (44), two washers (42) and two nuts (43) .

Position the plate and the sensor so that there is a gap between the face of the sensor and the plate. The gap, which is dimension (X), should be 5 1 mm (0.2 0.04 inch). Secure the plate and the sensor in position with two bolts (45) and two washers (46). Connect the harness for the sensor to harness (48) .

Connect harness (48) to the chassis harness at the rear of the machine under the boom.

Remove the original load chart and install the Lift/Load Extension Chart (64) .
The stabilizers have been installed on the machine. If the machine has electrohydraulic controls, you must perform three procedures on the machine electronic control module. You must configure the machine electronic control module. Refer to Troubleshooting, Testing and Adjusting, RENR5195, "Electronic Control Module (ECM) - Configure". You must flash program the electronic control module for the stabilizer valve with the implement software. In order to flash program the electronic control module for the stabilizer valve, refer to the installation of the implement software in ""Installation of the Implement Software"". Then, you must calibrate the implement control valve. Refer to Testing and
