2. Push in piston assembly (3), and remove the retaining ring (6).3. Remove piston assembly (3), cup (5), retainer (2), spring (1), and check valve assembly (4). 4. Remove retaining ring (11), retainer (10), spring (9), and valve assembly (8) from piston assembly.5. Remove the reaction piston assembly (12) from piston assembly.6. Remove the seal and packing from reaction piston assembly.7. Remove cup (7) from piston assembly.Assemble Hydraulic Brake Master Cylinder
1. Lubricate all cups, packing, and seals with clean brake fluid. Install cup (2) on the piston (3). Install all cups and packing with the lip edges toward check valve end of master cylinder.2. Install the seal (8) and packing (7) on the reaction piston (9). Install the reaction piston assembly in piston (3).3. Install valve assembly (4), spring (10), retainer, and retaining ring in the piston assembly.4. Put the check valve assembly (12), spring (6), retainer (11), cup (5), and piston assembly in the master cylinder. Install the piston assembly retaining ring (1).5. Put master cylinder on power cylinder, and install the three mounting bolts.end by: a) install hydraulic brake master cylinder and power cylinder
