Disconnect ground strap (4).Remove hose support brackets (5) from the cab.Note: For machine equipped with cab quick disconnects, skip to step 9

Remove screws (6) from panel assembly (8). Remove cover plate (7).

Disconnect cable assembly (9). Remove panel assembly (10) to remove screw (11).Remove the rear cab panel to expose and remove screw (12).

Remove nuts (14) that hold joystick assembly (13).Disconnect harness assembly (15).

Disconnect all hose assemblies (16) from joystick assembly (13).Feed hose assemblies (16) through floor of the cab.Disconnect bracket (17) that holds the cable assembly.Note: Skip to step 10

Clamp hoses (20) to retain coolant. Remove bracket (21). Remove hoses (20).

Remove cover (22).Disconnect harness assemblies (23).

Remove bolts (25) from cab (24).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cab (24). The weight of cab (24) is approximately 907 kg (2000 lb). Remove cab (24).Installation Procedure
Install cab (24) in the reverse order of removal.
