Disconnect one hose at connection (K) and two fuel lines at connections (L) and (M) .

Remove two clamp plates (N) and remove two clamp blocks (P) that retain the three tubes to the LH upper draft frame cross tube. Remove tube assemblies (R), (S) and (T). Retain all hardware, and discard the three tube assemblies.

Install new mounting plate assembly (6) to mounting block located on the LH side of the LH cylinder support. Reuse the previously removed hardware.

Install new tube assemblies as follows.

Install new tube assembly (7) in the upper tube retention slot. Install tube assembly (8) in the center tube retention slot, and tube assembly (5) in the lower retention slot. Reinstall the previously removed retention hardware (N) and (P) .

Working near the center of the machine, reconnect the existing hose assembly at connection (K) to the new upper tube assembly (7). Use previously removed hardware and new rectangular seal (2) .
Reconnect existing hose to the center tube assembly (8) at connection (L) using a new O-ring seal (3) .
Reconnect existing hose assembly to lower tube assembly (5) at connection (M) using a new O-ring seal (4) .

Install mounting plate (F) that was previously removed. Mount bracket (F) to the new mounting bracket (6) using the previously removed hardware.
Connect new hose assembly (1) at the front connection (J) to tube assembly (7). The retaining bolts should pass through bracket (F) to retain the hose and tube assembly. Use the previously removed hardware and a new rectangular seal (2) .
Connect new hose assembly (1) at the rear connection (J). Use the previously removed hardware and a new rectangular seal (2) .

Replace the previously removed inside hose assembly (B) with new hose assembly (9). Connect the 90 degree fitting of hose assembly (9) to tube assembly (8). Use a new O-ring seal (4). Connect the opposite end of hose assembly (9) to the connection closest to the center of the machine located on the scraper bowl. Use a new O-ring seal (4). Refer to Illustration 25 for a view of tube assembly (5) .
Connect hose assembly (B) that was removed from the outside of the machine. The 90 degree fitting of hose assembly (B) connects to tube assembly (8). Use a new O-ring seal (4). Connect the rear of hose assembly (B) to the connection on the outside of the machine located on the scraper bowl. Use a new O-ring seal (4). Refer to Illustration 25 for a view of tube assembly (8) .

Install the two piece clip and grommet assembly (C) to retain fuel hose (B) and fuel hose (9) to mounting plate (F) .
Then install both two piece clip and grommet assemblies (D) to the rear of fuel hose (B) and fuel hose (9) toward the scraper bowl.

Install hose guard material (A) around hoses (B) (9) and (G) .
