COMPLETE VALVE GRINDING 5P0224 - Caterpillar

Connect the solenoid harness (3) to the solenoid valve. Refer to Illustration 14.
Use one cable strap (2) and seven cable straps (1) to secure the harness. Refer to Illustration 14. Note: In order to secure the cable strap (1), connect to one side of the link only.
Attach the opposite end of the harness to the wiring harness for the chassis in the battery compartment behind the operator station.Installation Procedure of 238-2485 Toggle Switch

On the armrest, remove the four remaining pieces for the mounting hole after the plug has been removed for the switch. The length should be less than 1 mm (0.04 inch).Note: If the installation is being performed on is a 328D, install bracket (26). Refer to ""Installation Procedure of 345-3321 Hydraulic Kit "" for the parts listing.
Use three screws (4), install the bracket (2) .Note: Tighten the screws to 2.2 0.1 N m (20 1 lb in).
Install the toggle switch (1) .
Install the 259-7180 Cover (3) .

Connect the 238-2485 Toggle Switch (B) to the factory installed harness (C). The harness contains the following wires.
