1. Disconnect two lines (1). Cap and plug immediately.2. Remove two bolts (2) and two retainers (3).3. Remove two pins (4) and remove track tension cylinder. For installation, reverse removal steps.End By:a. install trackDisassemble & Assemble Track Tension Cylinder
Start By:a. remove track tension cylinder 1. Loosen set-screw (1), remove cover (2) and rod (3).2. Remove nut (4) and piston (5).3. Remove two seals (6).4. Remove O-ring (7) and back-up ring (8).5. Remove rod wiper (9) and seal (10).6. Remove O-ring (11). The following steps are for the assembly of the track tension cylinder. All cylinder components must be cleaned and inspected before assembly. If any components are worn beyond recommended limits they must be replaced. Lubricate moving components with clean oil during assembly. Assemble cylinder with all new seals.7. Install O-ring (11).8. Install seal (10) and rod wiper (9). Install rod wiper (9) with sealing lip facing towards the outside of the cylinder.9. Install back-up ring (8) and O-ring (7).10. Install two seals (6).11. Install piston (5) and nut (4).12. Install rod (3), cover (2) and tighten set-screw (1).End By:a. install track tension cylinder
