COMPRESSION GP 9U7241 - Caterpillar

A general purpose 6V6167 Contact Point is available. The contact point can be used with all dial indicators that have AGD 4-48 threads.
A good use of this contact point is with the 3P1568 Dial Indicator and parts from the 8S2328 Dial Indicator Group to measure profile and wear steps on piston pins. Specifications for these piston pins are shown in Guideline For Reusable Parts, Form SEBF8049.
The 6V6167 Contact Point is 30.0 mm (1.18") long and has a pointed tip with a radius that is about .76 mm (.03").
