Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Caterpillar Tools and Shop Products Guide" for tools and supplies suitable to collect and contain fluids on Caterpillar products.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.

Attach Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) to the machine cab, as shown.
Attach Tooling (B) to the implement pump, as shown.
Position the implement. The weight of the implement pump is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).
Install bolts (6) .

Connect hose assembly (4) and tube assembly (5) to the implement pump.

Connect hose assemblies (1) and (2) to implement pump (3) .
Fill the hydraulic oil system. The capacity of the hydraulic oil system is approximately 29.5 L (7.7 US gal).

Position floorplates (3) and install bolts (2) .

Install floor mat (1) .End By: Install the rear bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard - Remove and Install".
