Put tool (D) in the track link and on the sprocket shaft.
Start the machine.
Move the sprocket forward on the right side of the machine until the track is pulled up on the sprocket. The end of the track should be forward of a vertical line that goes through the center of the sprocket.

Install tool (E) below the first bushing. Tool (E) should be between the second track shoe and the top of the second bushing.
Slowly move the sprocket forward as you use tool (E) as a guide. This will put the track in position over the two carrier rollers and the front idler.
Turn off the machine.

Install the pin that is from tool (D) in the track link. See the arrow.
Install tool (F) in the other track link.
Connect the hook and the chain together.
The ends of the master links should be in position in order to prevent damage when the track is pulled under the track roller frame.
Start the machine.
Move the right sprocket forward until the master link is slightly below a horizontal line that is through the center of the sprocket.

Put tool (G) under the first track shoe that is at the lower end of the track.
Move the sprocket backward until the two track links can be assembled.
Turn off the machine.

Put the master shoe in position on the master links. Put 4S-9416 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of the bolts that hold the master shoe. Install the four bolts and tighten the bolts to a torque of 295 55 N m (218 40 lb ft). Tighten the bolts to 180 degrees or more.
Remove tool (G) .

Put tool (A) at the front of the machine.
Start the machine. Move the machine slowly up on tool (A) .
Remove tool (B) from the main frame of the machine.

Put tool (A) in position behind the tracks.
Move the machine very slowly to the rear and up on tool (A) .
Remove tool (C) from the bevel gear case.
Move the machine a little farther until tool (A) is free to be removed at the front of the tracks.
Move the machine slowly forward until the machine comes off of tool (A) at the rear of the machine.
Adjust the tracks. Refer to Specifications, "Track".

Remove tool (C) from the bevel gear case.

Move the machine slowly forward until the machine comes off of tool (A) at the rear of the machine.
Adjust the tracks. Refer to Specifications, "Track".
