1. Using proper recovery procedures, purge the refrigerant from the system. Drain radiator coolant into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Radiator capacity is 20 liters (7 U.S. Gal.). 2. Remove eight bolts and washers (1) that secure cover assembly (2) to the machine. Open access panel (3). 3. Mark and identify wires (4) and (5) and disconnect wires (4) and (5) from the windshield washer pump (6) an remove hose (7) from the bottom of windshield washer pump (6).4. Remove two bolts (8) holding windshield washer bottle (9) to the machine and windshield washer bottle (9).5. Disconnect air conditioning hose assembly (10) and set hose assembly (10) aside. 6. Disconnect battery cables (11) and (12) and remove battery (13). 7. Mark and identify wiring harness (14) and disconnect wiring harness (14). 8. Open access panel (15) located at right side of cab. 9. Disconnect wiring harness (16) at quick disconnect and remove screw to disconnect wiring harness (17). Set harness aside. 10. Remove thirteen bolts (18) holding dash to cab. 11. Remove knobs (19) and (20). Remove four screws (21) and plate (22) plastic tube (23) and boot (24). 12. Remove knob (25) and ten bolts (26) holding plate assembly (27) to the cab. Remove the plate assembly (27). 13. Remove two bolts and washers (28) and remove governor lever (29). Remove nut (30) and remove lever assembly (31). 14. Disconnect wiring harness (32) at quick disconnect. 15. Remove screw and knob (33) and remove nut and lockwasher (34) and push switch (35) through cab. 16. Remove knob (36), four screws (37), plate (38) and boot (39). 17. Remove floor mat (not shown) and remove twelve bolts and
