When reporting the repair, use "PS5649" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The fuel tank may crack at the baffle welds on certain D6M Tractors. The fuel tank may experience cracking on the bottom side near a weld for an internal baffle. See Illustration 1.

If cracking occurs in the area indicated on the Illustration 1, the fuel tank should be replaced with a new one. This program does not apply to cracking which may occur due to damage to the tank.
