The following steps illustrate the procedure in order to load an application in the terminal onto a memory card.

Insert the memory card into the slot in the back of the terminal.
Open the "CONFIGURATION MODE" menu by pressing the "Goto Config." button on the touchscreen.
Select "MEMORY CARD" from the list on the "CONFIGURATION MODE" menu and press the enter key on the touchscreen.
If it is necessary, press the "Erase / Format Card" button in order to format the memory card.This operation will erase all of the data on the memory card.The terminal will prompt the user to press 0 in order to abort the operation or press 1 in order to continue the operation. Press 1 in order to continue with operation.
Press "Save to Card" in order to transfer the application in the terminal to the memory card.If the application already exists on the memory card, the terminal will prompt the user to press 0 in order to abort the operation or press 1 in order to continue the operation. Press the "Continue" button in order to overwrite the file that is on the card. Press "Abort" in order to keep the existing file.

The terminal will display the status of the transfer. See illustration 3.
When the transfer is complete, the filename of the application will appear in the "Applications on Card" list. Press "Memory Card Listing" in order to scroll through the list.Note: If the file that is uploaded already existed on the memory card, the uploaded filename will be altered with a sequential digit as a suffix. For example, control.pva becomes control0.pva.For files with names that have eight characters, a digit will overwrite the last character. For example, motorcon.pva becomes motorco0.pva.Removing a Memory Card
The following procedure should be used to remove a memory card from the Panelview terminal. Failure to follow this procedure may result in damage to the card.
Select "MEMORY CARD" from the "CONFIGURATION MODE" menu.
Press the "Disconnect Card" button. This will ensure that all of the files are closed on the card.The terminal will prompt the user to press 0 in order to abort the operation or press 1 in order to continue the operation. Press 1 in order to continue with operation.
Choose the "Continue" in order to continue with operation.
Remove the memory card from the slot.
