Open the hood.

Remove clamp (1) and reposition hose out of the way. Remove bolts (3). Remove engine compartment shield (2).

Disconnect harness assembly (6).
Cut cable straps (4). Use Tooling (A) to remove flame detection sensor (5). Remove temperature sensor (7). Installation Procedure
Install the temperature sensors in reverse order.
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads and the face of temperature sensor (7). Tighten the sensor to a torque of 45 5 N m (33 4 lb ft).
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads and the face of flame detection temperature sensor (5). Use Tooling (A) to tighten the sensor to a torque of 45 5 N m (33 4 lb ft).
