The graphic films for the Engine Information and Emissions Certification need to be replaced, and new EPA Cab Flex graphic films need to be installed on the products listed below. You will not be charged for the service performed.
Contact your local Cat dealer immediately to schedule this service. The dealer will advise you of the time required to complete this service.
If you are no longer the owner of this product(s), please contact your local Cat dealer so that our records can be updated. Please refer the dealer to their Service Letter dated 25Feb2015 when scheduling this service.

Rework Procedure
Introduction:
This Rework Procedure describes the replacement of graphic films for the Engine Information and Emissions Certification and installation of a new EPA Cab Flex graphic film.
General Information:
Engine Information Film Graphics are typically 52 x 111 cm (2 x 4 inches) and silver in color. This label should be provided along with a slightly larger clear laminate to reduce surface wear.
Emission Certification film graphic are most often 52 x 235 cm (2 x 9 inches) or 76 x 111 cm (3 x 4 inches) and opaque white in color. Some labels have corner scoring to limit tampering. **Clear laminate is not needed with scored labels**
Replacement film graphic labels:
Do not install replace graphic films over old graphic film. Adhesive graphic film must be applied to a clean and dry surface with a temperature between 15 degrees Celsius (59 degrees Fahrenheit) and 27 degrees Celsius (80.6 degrees Fahrenheit).
Procedure:
Removal of Old Film Graphic
1. Remove 280-2065 Information Graphic Film (1) and 366-1502 Emission Certification graphic film (2) completely on top of the engine assembly. The films will not be reused.
**Acetone (propanone) should never be used to clean engine or label surface**.

Installing Engine Information Film Graphic
1. The Engine Information film graphic 280-2065 is placed in the vertical direction with the CAT logo to the left hand corner and bar code to the inner part of the top cover of engine. Refer to Image1.1.1.
