Use existing hardware and four blocks (2) in order to install support assembly (1) .

Weld plate assembly (3) to the radiator side channels. There is one plate assembly (3) for each side of the radiator.

Install one tube (6) to plate assembly (3). Use one block (4) and one block (5) for each tube (6). Attach tube (6) to support assembly (1) with two bolts (9) and two washers (10). Use one bolt (11) and one washer (12) in order to attach tube (6) to support assembly (1). Attach tube (6) to plate assembly (3) with two bolts (7) and two washers (8) .
Repeat Step 3 to install tube (6) on the other side.

Install one tube assembly (13) with two O-ring seals (14) and two O-ring seals (15) as shown in Illustration 15.

Install one bracket assembly (16) with two bolts (17) and two hard washers (12) as shown in Illustration 16.
