Check the radiator cap in order to determine if the cap is closed completely. The notch of the radiator cap should be stopped by the stopper at the filler neck of the radiator assembly.

Inspect the condition of the rubber seal on the radiator cap and the seal around the filler neck.

Radiator core area
Check for any coolant leakage in areas near the radiator core.

Coolant reservoir tank
Check the coolant level of the coolant reservoir. Make sure that the coolant level is between the "FULL" mark and the "LOW" mark.
Check for any external damage to the radiator core.If a radiator core replacement is needed, follow engine coolant filling procedures. Purge the air from the engine coolant system. Monitor the engine coolant reservoir tank levels before and after machine operation.
