CONDENSER & LINES GP-RFGT 2844442 - Caterpillar

1. Loosen clamps (1) from hose (2). Slide hose (2) off of muffler (3).2. Remove bolts (4) from bracket (5). 3. Remove bolts (7) from bracket (8). Remove the muffler from turbocharger (6) and the engine compartment.Install Muffler
1. Apply 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound to the muffler where it installs on the turbocharger. Install the muffler on turbocharger (6) and bracket (8).2. Install bolts (7) in order to hold the muffler to bracket (8). 3. Install bolts (4) in bracket (5) in order to hold the muffler to the bracket. Use the adjusting slots in bracket (5) in order to position the muffler assembly so that the turbocharger coupling can be rotated by hand after all bolts are tightened.4. Slide hose (2) on muffler (3). Tighten clamps (1) on hose (2).End By:a. Install exhaust ejector
