Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to radiator top tank (18). The weight of radiator top tank (18) is approximately 100 kg (220 lb). Position radiator top tank (18).

Install bolts (19).

Install bolts (19). Repeat for opposite side of radiator top tank (18).

Connect the hose. Tighten clamps (17). Repeat for opposite side.

Connect hose assemblies (16).

Install plate (15). Install bolts (14).

Install grommets (13). Connect hose assembly (12). Repeat for opposite side.

Install bolt (11). Position harness assembly (1) aside.

Install bolts (10). Raise hood (9) by 101.6 mm (4.0 inch).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hood (9). The weight of hood (9) is approximately 200 kg (440 lb).

Install clip (7). Install bolt (8).

Install backup camera (2). Connect harness assembly (1). Install bolt (4). Install cable straps (3).
Fill the cooling system coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
