Connect the steering frame lock.

Remove mud flap (2) from fender (1).

Install Tooling (A) onto fender (1).

Secure a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A) and fender (1). The weight of fender (1) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).
Remove nuts (3) and fender (1).

Position Tooling (B) under the front axle housing, as shown.
Use Tooling (B) to raise the machine so that the front tires are off the ground.

Position Tooling (C) to support the machine.

Attach a suitable lifting device to front tire and rim (4), as shown. The weight of front tire and rim (4) is approximately 680 kg (1500 lb).
Remove bolts (5) and use the suitable lifting device to remove front tire and rim (4) from the machine.Installation Procedure
Install tire and rim (4) in the reverse order of the removal.
Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 570 80 N m (420 60 lb ft) plus an additional 60° 5°.
