Connect Tool (B) to Tool (C).Test Preparation
Drive the machine to a smooth, horizontal surface.

Move propel lever (1) to the NEUTRAL position.
Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.
Place the engine in ECO mode or in low idle.

Select "Main Menu" (3) on the machine display.
Select "Machine Setup" (4).

Select "ECO" (7) or "Low" (6).Note: Shutting down the engine in high idle may damage engine components

Move engine start switch (8) to the OFF position.

Unlock latch (9) and open engine compartment door (10) on the right side of the machine.

Connect Tool (A2) to port "G" (12) on steering manifold (11).

Place the steer lock (13) in the locked position.Test Procedure
Move engine start switch (8) to the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes then, place the engine in high idle.

Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on operator display (14). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches the test temperature given in the "Specifications" section.
Move parking brake switch (2) to the OFF position.

Rotate steering wheel (15). Hold the steering wheel and record pressure on Tool (A). Refer to the "Specifications" section for the steering relief pressure.
Return steering wheel (15) to the straight travel position.
Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.
Place the engine in ECO mode or in low idle.
Move engine start switch (8) to the OFF position.
If the pressure is inside the specified range, go to Step 11. If the pressure is outside the specified range, perform the "Adjustment Procedure".
Remove Tool (A2) from port "G" (12) on steering manifold (11).

Place the steer lock (13) in the unlocked position.
Close engine compartment door (10) on the right side of machine and secure latch (9).Adjustment Procedure

Loosen lock nut (16) on the steering relief valve.
To increase the pressure, turn adjustment screw (17) clockwise. To decrease the pressure, turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise.
Hold adjustment screw (17), and tighten lock nut (16). Refer to the "Specifications" section for the proper torque.
Perform the test procedure.
