Installation Procedure
Note: Installation is shown for one side only. Use the same procedure for both sides.

Note: Make sure that the 2P-2333 High Temperature Sealer does not get on the inside of the pipes.
Put 2P-2333 High Temperature Sealer on the male ends of turbocharger (2) .
Use a hoist or use two people to install turbocharger (2) .Note: Use a new gasket between turbocharger (2) and the elbow.
Apply 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound to four bolts (4). Install the bolts.
Apply 2P-2333 High Temperature Sealer on the male ends of turbocharger (1) .Note: Make sure that the 2P-2333 High Temperature Sealer does not get on the inside of the pipes.
Use a hoist or use two people to install turbocharger (1) .Note: Use a new gasket between turbocharger (1) and the elbow.
Apply 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound to four bolts (3). Install the bolts.

Lubricate the O-ring seals for the pipe with glycerin.
Install the pipe with two clamps (5). Tighten the clamp to a torque of 7 1.5 N m (62 13 lb in).
Install two bolts (8). Bend the tabs toward the pipe, as shown.
Install the pipe to the aftercooler housing.
Use new gaskets and attach oil drain lines (9) and (10) .
Use new gaskets and attach oil supply lines (6) and (7) .
