Attach a suitable lifting device to grill (1). The weight of grill (1) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb). Remove bolts (2) and grill (1).

Disconnect hose assemblies (3) and harness assemblies (4).

Attach a suitable lifting device to fan assembly (6). The weight of fan assembly (6) is approximately 136 kg (300 lb). Remove bolts (5) and lower fan assembly (6) on to suitable cribbing.

Remove bolts (7) and fan (8).

Remove bolt (9) and the washer.

Use Tooling (A) to remove adapter (10).

Remove bolts (11) and piston motor (12).Installation Procedure
Install piston motor (12) in the reverse order of removal.
Install Tooling (B) on to bolts (11).
Install Tooling (B) on to bolts (7).
