Remove bolts (1) and plate assembly (2).

Remove belts (5). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect/Adjust/Replace" to remove and install the belt.
Remove one bolt (7) and install Tooling (A).
Remove remaining bolts (7). Use two people to remove pulley (6), damper (4), and pulley (3). The combined weight of vibration damper and pulley assembly is approximately 26 kg (58 lbs.). Remove pulley (6), damper (4), and pulley (3).
Remove Tooling (A).

Remove bolts (9), washer (10), and adapter (8).Installation Procedure
Install the crankshaft vibration damper and pulley in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (9) to a torque of 190 30 N m (140 22 lb ft).

Tighten bolts (7) in numerical sequence to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7.5 lb ft).
